For this two-part special, sales expert/author Grant Cardone aims to help two New Jersey businesses on the brink — a Buick dealership and a Gold’s Gym franchise — get back on their feet.
“We go in and mystery shop, identify what I see as the problem, then customize a solution to solving that problem,” Cardone says.
In this case, Cardone says both businesses had a similar problem of identifying the wrong problem.
“They thought they were in too much debt, but the reality was they weren’t producing enough revenue,” Cardone says.
To fix that, Cardone motivates the owners and employees via his specialty: lessons on how to sell, sell, sell.
